My Pet Investigation

My reflection

This year we have been doing a lot of things but this time we have done a pet investigation. It was so fun. What we had to do was go to shops on the internet and paste and copy what we wanted to buy. We also had to write the money so how much it cost.

I like art because you can do creative things.  What we did for art is we did a blossom tree it was so fun. I love doing art because you can do whatever you want and you can be  silly and make the ink go anywhere you want.

I  like  persuasive writing because you get to share your cool ideas with people and they can share theirs.

My volcano using shapes and lines

My reflection
I made a volcano out lines & shapes. It was fun because I had to make shapes out of lines then it will come together. When I was done making the shapes I would go to where the colours were then I would pick what colour I want to have. Then I went to the shapes and choose which one I would like to use. I choose an onomatopoeia to create the sound that the volcano would be making.

I found it interesting because there was heaps of new things that I learned off google.
I had to read until I found a perfect fact. I went on google to find the perfect photo. I picked the Rimu tree because in Elm park school that is my house .

My Matariki Video

My refection
it was tricky to make my video perfect but I think it looks pretty good because I had to make the spelling correct. My favourite part choosing the photos I liked. I now can use spark adobe and i'm excited to make more videos. I think I will get better and better at it!

I was learning to write a reflection for the book Fing. It was fun because I was doing it with my friend and I got to pretend I was a Youtuber.

My reflection

I found it interesting that our national rugby team called the All Blacks have won a lot of times.  I never knew that the fizzy drink L&P was really famous in New Zealand. I am so proud because  New Zealand is the best. I never knew blue penguins were blue.

I am learning to compare the past and now. In the olden days they use to chuck their rubbish under the house now we have rubbish bins.in the olden days they didn't have vehicles. Now we have vehicles. In the olden day's they used to have chalkboards as paper. Now we use paper.
